You are at the counter and a customer sends a payment. The phone stays quiet. Does that mean the customer has not paid?
No. Silence is not proof of a failed payment. SunoPaisa announces supported notifications your Android phone receives. If the wallet does not send a compatible notification, the phone blocks notifications, or Android restricts the app, you might not hear an announcement. For an important payment, always check your official JazzCash, Easypaisa or banking app before handing over valuable goods.
1. First, confirm the payment in your own wallet or bank
Check the transaction in the account where you expected the money. Do not rely on a customer's screenshot, a sample demo on a website or the absence of a voice alert.
If the official app confirms the receipt, continue with the notification checks below.
2. Check whether the phone actually received a notification
Open your Android notification panel and look for the original payment notification from the wallet or bank.
- No wallet notification? Check notification permissions and notification settings inside the official payment app. SunoPaisa cannot announce an alert that never reached the phone.
- Wallet notification arrived but SunoPaisa stayed quiet? Continue to the next steps.
- Only a promotional or cashback message appeared? Not every message is a customer payment. Check the official transaction history.
3. Review SunoPaisa's Notification Access permission
In Android settings, find the Notification Access permission and confirm that SunoPaisa is allowed to read supported notifications. The exact menu labels depend on your Android version and phone manufacturer.
This permission can expose notification contents. Read the app's privacy policy and enable it only if you are comfortable. SunoPaisa does not need your bank password, PIN or OTP.
4. Select the wallets and banks you actually use
Open SunoPaisa and check the selected payment sources. If you receive money in JazzCash, for example, make sure the relevant supported JazzCash source is enabled.
Bank and wallet apps occasionally change the wording of their notifications. Compatibility depends on the format that your phone receives, so recognition can vary by provider and device.
5. Check sound, battery and background restrictions
Make sure your phone volume is audible, the configured voice is enabled and the app is not restricted by aggressive battery-saving settings. Some Android devices limit background operation.
Only adjust settings you understand. The precise instructions differ across Samsung, Xiaomi, Oppo, Vivo and other devices.
6. Check the free voice-alert allowance
SunoPaisa includes 50 free spoken alerts per month. When that allowance is used, voice announcements pause until the next monthly allocation. The supported transaction record, Hisaab and monitoring can continue.
Business Mode offers unlimited spoken alerts, but a paid plan cannot guarantee that a bank will send a compatible notification.
7. Still not working? Send useful details to support
Contact the official SunoPaisa support page with your phone manufacturer and model, Android version, payment provider, and whether a notification appeared on the phone.
Never send your PIN, OTP, bank password or an unredacted sensitive bank notification.
