If your shop receives JazzCash transfers, you have probably had this experience: a customer is waiting, you are preparing their order, and the phone on your counter lights up with a notification. Wouldn't it be easier if you could hear a JazzCash payment alert instead of stopping to read every message?
A phone-based payment announcer can help. SunoPaisa is an Android app for Pakistani merchants that can speak compatible payment notifications from selected wallet and banking apps. With the right setup, it can turn an incoming JazzCash payment notification into an audible announcement. You can also review recognized activity in daily Hisaab.
Here is how the process works, what you need, and how to try it on your own device.
What exactly is a JazzCash voice alert?
A voice alert is a spoken announcement based on information contained in an incoming notification. For example, when a supported payment notification arrives on your shop phone, a configured payment announcer can say that a payment of a certain amount was received.
This differs from the normal notification beep. A beep only tells you that something happened; a voice alert can give more context, such as the amount described in the notification.
It also differs from a bank's official settlement record. A payment notification is useful information, but important receipts should still be checked inside your official JazzCash account.
SunoPaisa does not ask a merchant to give the app a JazzCash password, MPIN or OTP. The workflow is based on supported Android notifications, not direct access to the wallet's payment system.
What do you need before setup?
Start with four things:
- An Android phone that can run SunoPaisa and receive notifications from your payment application.
- Your normal JazzCash account configured in the official JazzCash app or supported notification channel.
- Notification permissions for the original payment app, plus the notification access used by SunoPaisa if you choose to enable it.
- Audible sound and a phone that is not prevented from running the configured app in the background.
If your customers send money to a different phone, start with the phone that actually receives the transaction notification. The announcer cannot speak a payment message that never appears on the device it is monitoring.

Step-by-step: turn on JazzCash payment announcements
Step 1: Install SunoPaisa from the official Play Store
Open SunoPaisa on Google Play and install it on the Android phone you use for incoming payment notifications.
Check the app name and developer information instead of installing APK files sent in random groups. Start from the official listing or from Sunopaisa.com.
Step 2: Sign in and complete the first-time setup
Open the app, sign in with the supported Google account method, and follow the introduction screens. The setup explains the permissions required for the payment-announcement experience.
Read the permission prompts carefully. Android's Notification Access permission enables an authorized app to read supported notifications on that phone. It is a meaningful permission, so grant it only if you understand how the app will use notification information.
Step 3: Select JazzCash as a payment source
Open the payment-source selection screen. Enable the relevant supported JazzCash source for the wallet or business account you actually use.
Wallet apps may present different notifications for money received, money sent, promotions or security messages. A good test is an actual eligible incoming payment notification, not an unrelated message that happens to mention JazzCash.
Step 4: Set an audible voice
Check the voice configuration inside SunoPaisa. Place the phone where the shopkeeper can hear it. You can use the website's demo to understand how a spoken amount sounds, but the website demo is not a real wallet integration test.
Some phones apply silent modes, media volume settings or Bluetooth output routing differently. Before testing, make sure your phone is able to play ordinary audio.
Step 5: Try a genuine small incoming transfer
Receive an appropriate genuine payment on your official JazzCash account. First, check the amount in the official account or transaction history. Then note whether the original notification appears on the phone and whether SunoPaisa announces it.
If all goes well, the shopkeeper can hear the relevant information during the normal workday. A single successful test also gives you a starting point for monitoring any future changes to notification formatting.
Step 6: Open Hisaab at closing time
After real transactions, look at SunoPaisa's daily Hisaab and recognized notification history. This can help you review activity without jumping between several notification panels.
Treat this as a helpful working view. Your official wallet transaction history should remain your source for formal settlement checks and account reconciliation.
Real counter example: Rs. 500 at a general store
A customer purchases items worth Rs. 500. They send the payment through JazzCash to the shopkeeper's normal receiving account.
The merchant's Android phone receives an eligible notification. SunoPaisa recognizes the notification format and speaks the recorded amount. The owner keeps serving the next customer, then checks the actual receipt in JazzCash when necessary.
That is a good example of what SunoPaisa is designed to make easier: hearing incoming payment information while staying focused on the counter.
The website's two-phone illustration shows a similar Rs. 500 scenario. It is deliberately a simulation, useful for seeing the concept before installing the app.
JazzCash app alert, SMS alert and soundbox: not the same thing
A shopkeeper might say 'JazzCash soundbox' to describe several experiences:
- A notification shown by an official wallet or merchant app.
- A phone receiving a payment-related SMS.
- An independent Android announcer reading supported notifications.
- A dedicated soundbox supplied through an official merchant provider.
They are not technically identical. SunoPaisa's compatibility depends on notification formats that the Android device exposes. A provider-operated soundbox uses its own integration and rules.

Why don't I hear a voice after an incoming payment?
Start by separating the problem into two questions: Did the original JazzCash notification arrive? And did the announcer recognize it?
If the original notification never appeared, review your JazzCash notification preferences, your Android notification permissions, connectivity and whether that account normally sends a notification for the type of transfer you received.
If it did appear, review SunoPaisa's Notification Access permission, JazzCash source selection, the voice setting and device battery restrictions. Some Android manufacturers handle background tasks aggressively.
Next, check whether your monthly free voice allowance has been used. The Free plan includes 50 spoken alerts per month; Business Mode changes the monthly voice allowance but does not control the wallet's notification delivery.

Can I use JazzCash together with Easypaisa?
Many small shops use more than one payment app. If you also receive money through compatible Easypaisa notifications, you can configure the relevant supported sources in SunoPaisa.
The idea is to avoid treating each notification as a completely separate piece of your shop's routine. One daily Hisaab view can be convenient when you already accept transfers from different sources.

Free or Business Mode for a JazzCash shop?
Start with the current Free plan: 50 voice alerts per month. That is a useful way to learn whether the app's notification announcements suit your device and workday.
Business Mode is aimed at shops that value unlimited voice announcements, extra voice customization, compatible counter-phone linking and PDF reports. Current plans and amounts are listed transparently on the Business Mode page.
Do not buy a subscription solely because a video looks attractive. Try the first eligible alert on your own device and judge whether you want to hear these notifications regularly at your counter.
Frequently asked questions
Can SunoPaisa announce JazzCash Business payments?
It can announce supported notification formats associated with compatible JazzCash sources. Exact recognition depends on the notification the configured Android phone receives, so test your actual account and device.
Will I have to share my JazzCash PIN?
No. SunoPaisa's notification-announcement setup does not require your bank password, wallet MPIN or OTP.
Is this the same as the official JazzCash SoundBox?
No. SunoPaisa is an independent Android app. JazzCash also markets its own merchant products and soundbox solutions; they are different services.
Can I use the phone for calls and messages?
It remains your Android phone. Keep notification access, sound and the relevant background permissions configured so your chosen voice experience can operate.
Do I need a mobile data package?
The underlying payment provider must deliver its notification, and the setup depends on normal device and account operation. The announcer cannot replace delivery of notifications or the official wallet service.
How much does the basic version cost?
SunoPaisa provides 50 free spoken alerts each month. Optional Business Mode plans are described on its official pricing page.
Can hearing a voice replace checking my wallet balance?
For important transactions, no. An announcement is based on a notification; always use the actual JazzCash app or official account records to verify receipt.
Start with one real JazzCash alert
You do not need a long technical tutorial before trying a useful shop tool. Install SunoPaisa, select your normal payment source, grant the permissions you understand, and test a small genuine receipt. Then review the day's notifications in Hisaab.
